![]() ![]() The very next morning I had the chance t0 eat at McDonald’s for breakfast. I left that Chick-fil-A drive through feeling disappointed and lied to.Īll was not lost in the land of chicken biscuits however. Also, the chicken, the supposed star, lacked seasoning and was not as crispy as fried chicken should be. It was like chewing on a slightly thicker piece of bread. ![]() My biscuit was a bit soggy and falling apart and didn’t have much flavor. However, as excited as I was, it didn’t help the fact that these chicken biscuits were adequate at best. Having heard my friends talk about Chick-fil-A like it was the In-and-Out (why so many hyphens in the fast-food world?) of chicken I was more than excited to try my first Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. As a lover of food, and more specifically a worshipper of chicken biscuits (Thank you McDonalds). I was heading to Harry Potter land with my brother and sister-in-law when we decided to stop at Chick-fil-A for breakfast. My first and only trip to Chick-fil-A was this past Christmas. They may claim to have invented the Chicken sandwich (which according to wikipedia, is correct) but they haven’t done anything to make a delicious chicken biscuit. The second problem I have with Chick-fil-A is their chicken biscuits. However, I can’t complain too much about the spelling of Chick-fil-A, it’s a company founded in the south and I’m just glad their logo isn’t a slightly modified version of the confederate flag. I try to spell words correctly and use the proper grammar, but my resolve falters a bit when I have to type the strangely capitalized ( Chick- fil- A), hyphenated, mispelled name of Chick-fil-A and it’s even worse on an iPhone. I have no problem spelling words differently or making up words in general (Google and Twitter are good examples) but Chick-fil-A takes this to another level. There are several problems I have with Chick-fil-A. ![]()
